As a young person growing up in Maryland, Dr. Annie dreamed of becoming a veterinarian and helping animals. Now, she wants to help young people explore their interests in animals and veterinary medicine.

The Young Veterinarians Club is for any young person interested in learning more about animals in general, and about becoming a veterinarian in particular.

All you need to join is permission from your parents and a passion for animals. (Membership is free!)

As a member, you can attend our Young Veterinarian Club classes on topics like:

• How to become a veterinarian (hint: do your homework!)
• Veterinary medicine subjects like anatomy, biology, pharmacology, and nutrition
  
• Basic behavior training and fun things you can do with your pet
