Dr. Courtney Campbell

Veterinarian

The robustly dense forests of Burlington, Connecticut is where Courtney Campbell calls his home.  After graduating from a modestly small high school in Burlington, Courtney transmuted his interest in the envionment into a genuine affection towards mammals. That affection lead him to pursue and complete a Bachelor of Science in Animal Science/Pre-Veterinary Medicine from the University of Delaware.  His educational journey brought him to the southeastern United States where he earned his D.V.M. Degree from Tuskegee University in Alabama.  After graduation, Courtney worked as a general practitioner at the Connecticut Veterinary Center in West Hartford, CT.  He has received advanced surgical training during internships at three separate veterinary specialty hospitals. He completed a general internship at Affiliated Veterinary Specialists in Florida, a surgical internship in Las Vegas, and a second surgical internship in Los Angeles at Animal Surgical Emergency Center.

Courtney is deeply interested in being proficient in the newest surgical techniques and their clinical applications. He is also very interested in the pathophysiology of inflammatory gastrointestinal disease. In his spare time, he enjoys studying surgery, learning new languages, and understanding the geopolitical aspects of economics.
